What is Scheduler.social?
Scheduler.social is software for end-to-end social publishing: compose text, image, and video posts; respect platform-specific limits; schedule at custom times or bulk-upload; and run campaigns with optional AI support. Beyond basic scheduling, teams can build "AI marketing teams" with specialized roles (writer, editor, PM, media, and more) that plan and produce content on a cadence you define.
The product is developed by Digital Souls. This case study summarizes the current product positioning and capabilities as presented on scheduler.social and how we approached the implementation.

Engineering & UX focus
We built Scheduler.social with Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS, with a product surface that scales from solo creators to multi-seat teams. The UX prioritizes calendar clarity, fast draft iteration, and surfaces for AI and collaboration without hiding the underlying schedule of record.
The product explicitly does not replace ad platforms, influencer marketplaces, helpdesks, or ecommerce, keeping scope focused on scheduling, content production assistance, and publishing workflows.
How it compares
Scheduler.social competes in the same buyer journey as established schedulers, with a strong emphasis on multi-network coverage, AI-assisted creation, and team workflows, not only a minimal queue. For honest positioning versus two common alternatives:
