AI automation agency in London
Custom AI agents, chatbots and language-model integrations that take a task off a team, built and deployed by a London software studio, with fixed prices for the common cases.
Digital Souls Studios builds AI automation for businesses in the UK and abroad: an agent that handles customer support, an assistant inside a product, a language model wired into a system the business already runs, or a workflow that no longer needs a person at every step. The work is engineering rather than advice: a written specification, a build, an evaluation on real examples, a deployment, and support after it.
Two client products the studio engineered are built on language models: Minday, an interview-training platform launched on Denmark's largest job portals, and EveryTalk, conversation training for teams. The studio's own Calorie Genie reads a photo of a plate and returns its nutrition using OpenAI models.
What we build
- AI support agentAn agent that answers email, replies to user messages and triages issues, deployed into the channels a business already uses.
- Custom AI agentsAn agent that works as an extra team member on a defined task: intake, research, drafting, data entry or reporting.
- ChatbotsA conversational interface for a product or a website, answering from your own content with retrieval rather than from memory.
- Language-model integrationsOpenAI or another model wired into an existing application, with evaluation and guardrails around it. See custom software for the surrounding build.
- Workflow automationA repeated task taken off a team, with a custom application where one is needed and no-code tooling where it is enough.
- Automated development teamThe infrastructure to run AI coding agents on your own codebase, with optional management of the team and its workflows.
How an AI build is done
An AI build starts with the task, not the model: what arrives, what a good answer looks like, and what happens when the agent is unsure. The specification names the data the agent may use, the channels it works in, and the checks a person keeps.
The build is evaluated on real examples before it is switched on, and logged after, so the answers can be reviewed and the prompts and retrieval improved. EveryTalk, for example, handles training sessions with GDPR in mind; the same questions about data are settled in writing for every build.
Models are OpenAI by default. Hosting is AWS or the client's own infrastructure. Nothing here depends on a single vendor: the integration layer is ordinary application code the studio writes and hands over.
Who does the work
Engineering is led by Isaac Surfraz, previously CTO at Minday, the AI interview-training product, and at Medical Realities. Catalina Crisan leads product and direction, with a particular interest in where custom AI and automation remove real work. Lucas Comte builds the back-end systems and data pipelines, with a background at CERN. All three are on the studio page.
Fixed-price AI builds
These prices are the ones published on the home page. Work beyond them is quoted in writing after the specification.
01
Custom AI support agent
£3,000, once
We build and deploy an AI agent for your customer support. It answers email, replies to user messages, and triages issues.

Custom AI agent
£3,000 to £10,000, once
We assess the requirements and build an AI agent that works as an extra team member, taking on work that would otherwise need more staff.
Start a project03
Automated development team
£5,000, once
We set up the infrastructure so you can run an AI-agent development team.
Third-party agent subscriptions, and the usage itself, are paid by you.
Optional management starts at £1,000 a month, for us to run the team and keep improving its workflows.

AI readiness course
£2,000, once
Three online workshops to prepare your organisation for current AI practice, so the team can stay with what is already shipping.

How a project moves
From discovery to deployment, we handle design, engineering, infrastructure, and launch.
- 01
Specification
Tell us about the idea in writing. We put together a specification tailored to the work.
- 02
Production
We design and build it, with regular updates rather than a long silence.
- 03
Launch
We help launch the project and leave it in a state a team can run.
- 04
Support
If you would rather not run it alone, support packages cover maintenance after launch.
Recent public dates: Minday went live on IT Jobbank in July 2024 and on Jobindex in August 2025; EveryTalk ran its beta in Denmark in December 2025 and launched for businesses in March 2026; Calorie Genie reached the App Store in June 2026.
Technologies
AI features sit inside ordinary web and mobile applications: Next.js and React interfaces, Node.js services, PostgreSQL, and AWS. Retrieval over your own documents is part of a chatbot or agent build where the answers must come from your content.

Questions
- What does an AI automation agency do?
- It builds the software that lets a language model do a defined job inside a business: the prompts, the retrieval over your data, the integrations with your channels and systems, the checks a person keeps, and the deployment. At Digital Souls that is a specification, a build, an evaluation on real examples, and support after launch.
- How much does AI automation cost?
- The common cases have published prices: a custom AI support agent is £3,000, a custom AI agent is £3,000 to £10,000, the automated development team is £5,000 to set up with optional management from £1,000 a month, and the AI readiness course is £2,000. Anything larger is quoted in writing.
- Which AI models do you use?
- OpenAI models by default, and another provider where a client requires one. The model is called from application code the studio writes, so it can be changed later. How your data is sent to the model is settled in the specification.
- Can AI be added to software we already run?
- Yes. A language-model integration is wired into an existing application through its API or database, with the evaluation and logging described above. Where the existing system cannot be extended, the studio builds the piece beside it.
- Do you work with businesses outside London?
- Yes. The studio is in London and works remotely; Minday and EveryTalk are Danish products.
